Education & Learning.

We are lucky to have some really fantastic schools in our part of the world, but, education and learning is about much more than schools. It’s about providing opportunities for all sections of our community to develop their learning at a time and pace that suits them. For example, there are lots of adult education courses which you can discover. And what about pre-school learning? Do you want to know more about the different nurseries and playgroups?

We are particularly interested in supporting learning opportunities for our young people who may have left school but still have gaps in their education.

Very often, education gaps are filled by the voluntary sector

Lymington Community Foundation thinks that local voluntary and community action is vital for healthy and communities. We support local groups who provide learning opportunities and those who provide networking opportunities, specialist advice, support and training.
